The City of Brighton will be holding the 102nd Whoopee Days next weekend. According to Steve Jaynes and Nancy Adrian with the Chamber of Commerce while they’re going to continue several long standing traditions, this years Whoopee days will include a number of new events in an attempt to appeal to more people from around the area. Highlights of the weekend include historical tours, a Mud Run, Rodeo and a magic show.

Whoopee Days starts Thursday night at 6pm with an Ice Cream Social and the premiere of a recently recovered video shot by Steve Jaynes at the Whoopee Days celebration in 1986.
