The Washington softball team plays a must win doubleheader tonight against Mt. Pleasant.

The Demons split with Keokuk, so in order for the Demons to stay in any sort of conference hunt they will need to win both tonight and hope that Fairfield loses at least three of their last four remaining conference games.

Washington is 24-6 with a .422 batting average and an on base percentage of .475. Their pitching staff of Ashley Rausch and Maddie Bohr have a combined ERA of 2.28, 144 strikeouts and hitters are hitting an even .200.

Mt. Pleasant is 12-19, hitting .254 and has an on base percentage of .302. Their pitching staff has an ERA of 2.65, and opponents are hitting .265 off of them.

In their last meeting the Demons swept the Panthers 10-3 and 14-2 in Mt. Pleasant, tonight Washington will host the Panthers.
