A murder trial that’s been delayed three times in the past has been pushed back again. The trial of Thomas Lee Hansen was scheduled for August 21st, but will now take place on October 8th.

According to Washington County Attorney Larry Brock, one of the people involved with Hansen’s defense, Dennis Cohen, is involved with another murder trial in Scott County that ended in a mistrial.

A new trial has been scheduled for that case on the 6th of August, which would have conflicted with Hansen’s trial on the 21st.
