The IMS and Lone Tree baseball game was rained out last night in the top of the second inning.

IMS was in the lead after some big hits from the top of the order from Chris Perez who hit the lone RBI and Reggie Hostetler who scored the only run.

Both pitchers were performing very well after that, as Cameron Gingerich for IMS threw two strikeouts in the first inning to match Andrew Dodson’s two strikeouts in the first. Dodson also threw one in the second before the lightning delay.

After 20 minutes of the lightning delay the winds picked up and it got much darker before the game was called. The game will be made up at Lone Tree on Thursday at 5:30 from the top of the second 1-0 IMS with one out.
