Jefferson County Board of Supervisors held a regular meeting this past Tuesday. One of the bigger items on the agenda was approving a levy to pay off a bond for a few road projects. According to Board Chairman Stephen Burgmeier the levy was approved.

Considering offering the Engineer position to one of the candidates was on the agenda, but the Board is still awaiting background checks. The engineer position is opening up as the current engineer Thomas Goff is retiring.
