Louisa County Conservation is holding another paddle and this one will be under the full moon. According to Naturalist Katie Hammond this will be their fourth Moonlight Paddle on the Odessa Water Trail. The paddle by moon light is something that Louisa County Conservation does about once a year.

The kayak-ers and canoe-er’s will take off from Schafer’s Access on Odessa Wildlife Complex at 9 and stay out until 11. The paddlers can look forward to hearing the beavers, frogs, Canadian Geese and Great Blue Heron that populate the refuge.
