The Washington County Conservation Board is reminding residents of the county about their four different summer day camps that start next week. Naturalist Pam Holz says they have camps available for preschoolers through seventh graders. Camp activities will include hikes, games, crafts, fishing, and exploration. Holz notes the camps are limited to 12 students, and the cost is 20 dollars per student for the week.
The camps will begin next week and will run through August. Holz adds volunteers who are 14 years old or older are also needed at these camps. To learn more, contact the Conservation Center at Marr Park.
