A celebration of life service for 41 year old Scott Samuel Mullin of West Liberty, formerly of Washington will be held at 3:00 Wednesday at the Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 Wednesday at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty. A memorial fund has been established. The Henderson-Barker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
