The City of Wellman will apply for mini grants through the Washington County Riverboat Foundation. The applications were authorized at Monday night’s city council meeting. The City will apply for funds to be used in the lighting and landscaping of their entrance signs on Highway 22. Applications for the Washington County Riverboat Foundation mini grants are due on the first of July.
