Area Districts Hold Registration as School Year Approaches

With school starting in less than a month in some districts, many schools, including IMS, are holding registration. Iowa Mennonite School is holding their registration for fall classes tomorrow and Thursday from 7:30 in the morning until 6 in the evening. A payment plan for entry fees can be arranged with the school later, but fees for things like lunch and participation in sports should be paid at registration. Mid Prairie open enrollment date has passed, but kindergartner registration is on September 1st.

Highland is holding theirs on August 7th from 9 am to 7pm. Fees for book rental, hot lunch and school insurance will be due that day.

Keota-Registration forms will be mailed out on Monday and are due back August 10th. Can be dropped off at the High School or Elementary School after August 6th from 8am-4pm. Fees due with registration.

Lone Tree – Online registration starts August 6th. Forms can be turned into the Elementary or HS from 8am-4pm

WACO – Registration will be held on the 10th from 8am-8pm and the 11th from 8am-12pm at the Elementary and High School. Fees are due by the 1st day of school or can be paid at registration.

Pekin – August 7th and 8th from 12pm – 8pm held in the computer labs at the Media Center. Fees are due at registration.

Columbus – July 30th-31st from 1pm to 8pm. Book, lunch fees due on 1st day of school or at registration. A phone message will be left with location. First day is August 21st.

WMU – Enroll online July 30th – August 10th at If you need an access to computers, the school library will be open M-F from 8:30 to 3pm beginning Monday, July 30th or by appointment. Please call 257-7700 ext.100 or 110 to schedule an appointment.
