This is the last week for children and teens to take part in a lunch program at Washington’s Lincoln Elementary School. The lunches have been provided for children and teens up to the age of 18. The objective of the program is to ensure that children in the community receive the same nutritious meals that they receive under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast programs during the school year.
These lunches were provided to children of the area for free and there was no discrimination in the course of the meal service. The last day for the meals is Friday.
