The Washington County Sheriff’s Department is warning residents of a potential scam. A group of subjects were located in Riverside yesterday attempting to sell or complete concrete work door to door without the proper permits. The group was driving a blue 1991 Chevrolet C1500 pickup with a white 1995 International trailer.

According to the Department summertime is typically the time for asphalt scams and if you’re approached by this group or one similar you should call their office at 653-2107.
