The Lone Tree Lions had six all Southeast Iowa Superconference selections this year.

Madelyn Flemr, Maggie Schmidt, Avery Edwards, Jenny Jones, Elyssa Mills and Makenzie Reynolds all made the list.

Flemr was a first team selection for short stop. She hit .330 on the year, and had four home runs on the season.

Head coach Tom Dickey had this to say about Flemr’s selection.

“She’s only a sophomore and she has made first team all three years, and I know she didn’t have the numbers she wanted to have, but she led almost every offensive category for us,” Dickey said. “The big thing for [Flemr] except for the the exception of one game she pretty much played error-less ball at the short stop position for about 10 games straight.”

The other first team selection for the Lions was Jenny Jones. Jones hit .304 with 14 RBI’s on the season.
