Riverside Makes Arrangements after Resignation

With two employees resigning, the Riverside City Council has made temporary arrangements. According to City Clerk Missy Carter, The City of Kalona will be loaning one of their employees until they find a replacement.

Riverside and Kalona are in the process of working out a contract. The loaned employee will be trained in starting tomorrow and will perform the duties of the City Clerk when Carter leaves on Friday. Kalona will bill Riverside for the employee’s time.
