A special City Council meeting is happening this afternoon.  The Council is discussing two mini-grant applications to the Washington County Riverboat Foundation.

The applications are for the Washington Public Library and for the Washington Police Department.  These applications are due Thursday.

This special Council meeting is happening at City Hall this afternoon at 4:30.
