The Washington County Fair is less than a week and a half away and Open Class Division entries are still being accepted. Amy Green, 4-H/Youth Coordinator says these classes of hobbies include a variety of items ranging from Art and Photography, crafts, needlework and quilts to woodworking, culinary, flowers and plants and even dried arrangements.
The largest vegetable contest is being held as well.
Entries can be dropped off at the old school house at the fairgrounds on the Monday of the Fair from 9 to noon. Depending on the amount of items turned in will determine the entry fees. For a complete listing of classes and for more information, contact Amy Green at the Washington County Extension.
