An animal confinement feeding operation is expanding in Washington County.  As part of the Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting yesterday, a building to hold almost 2000 animals was approved.  This building will be operated by Norman Grain and Land LLC.

Part of a county road is being vacated and returned to the land owner as well.  This vacating is for part of 300th Street in the county.

This remaining section of the road near Dogwood Avenue and McCain’s Access is being returned to the property owner.  The Quit Claim Deed showing the transfer of this property to the owner was also approved.
