Iowa Mennonite School unveiled a newly renovated chemistry room this school year. Director of Development, Larry Swartzendruber, explains that after a 30 year lifespan the room needed updating.
He adds that the $50,000’s in renovation was covered by one donation, given by IMS supporter and chemistry teacher Dick Yoder-Short’s Great Aunt.
The chemistry room now has new cabinets, flooring, sinks, desks and lines for water and gas.
