The Washington Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual “Educator Appreciation Breakfast” Monday morning in Washington.  This event allows the community to show their appreciation for the educations at St. James and in the Washington Community School District says Chamber Executive Director Michelle Peiffer.

She adds local businesses pay for the breakfast, making it free of charge for the almost 300 teachers, support staff and school aids.  The “Educator Appreciation Breakfast” begins Monday morning at 8:00 at the new high school.
