The initial court appearances for three local political candidates and a Washington business is tomorrow.  In a story heard previously on KCII, criminal charges were brought against 56 year old Jack Seward of West Chester, 57 year old Robert Yoder of Kalona, 24 year old Priscilla Marlar of rural Washington County and Custom Impressions of Washington.

The initial appearances of Seward, Marlar and Custom Impressions along with a written initial appearance and preliminary hearing through Yoder’s attorney are tomorrow at 9:00 in the Iowa District Court in Washington County at the Washington County Courthouse.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the person charged is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.  KCII will continue to monitor this story and bring you more information when it becomes official.
