A celebration of life for 72 year old John J. Kauffman of rural Iowa City will be held at 2:00 Sunday at the East Union Mennonite Church.  Burial will be in the East Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Saturday from 2:00-4:00 and from 6:00-8:00 at the Peterseim Funeral Home.  A memorial fund has been established for an IMS Scholarship Fund or Water For Life.  The Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona is handling the arrangements.
