The City of Keota will try and get people’s attention with some new signs. The city has decided to replace their welcome sign facing HW 92. In addition they’ll be purchasing 2 new signs on the other side of town on the roads that connect to Harper and Wellman. According to City Clerk Niki Osweieler the sign on 92 will cost $1200, while the two others will cost $100 dollars a piece. Osweieler adds this is a way to make the town more visible to those who drive past.
