Mid-Prairie schools are holding open houses for incoming student’s tomorrow night. Each school will be holding open houses at different times throughout the evening with some grades having a special half day to help with the adjustment. Mid-Prairie Superintendent, Mark Schneider, says having the Kindergartners at Kalona Elementary School come in for a half day to run through their new routines helps reduce stress levels on their first day. Mid-Prairie schools start Tuesday.
