The all-district team was announced for baseball, and the Washington Demons have three players that made the list.

Jake Redlinger made first team all-district for center field. In the playoffs, Redlinger hit .375 in with a double, a homerun and five RBI’s.

Redlinger says his success comes from hard work year round in some of the new facilities.

“With all of the stats and everything it’s just coach Miller getting me in that hitting facility and in the offseason getting in there and having it open for us,” Redlinger said. “That’s a huge thing for us to be able to be able to hit in a facility when it’s snowing outside.”

Jared Henry and Colin Steele were also selected to the second team all-district. Henry was selected at pitcher for his 2-0 performance during districts and Steele for this play at the plate in the lead off spot for the Demons.
