The City of Wellman’s Attorney was at this weeks City Council meeting to talk about changes to a contract. The contract is with People Services Inc, an employee contractor that the city is utilizing to fill the Public Works Director position.
City Administrator Nick Pacha says that the changes made it so the employee People Services finds will be subject to random drug testing and can be on call for the city owned natural gas system.
Pacha notes they are looking at a November 1st start date for People Services’ selection.
