A hearing was held yesterday in preparation for the trials of two individuals charged with election misconduct.  This hearing discussed the items being submitted as evidence and potential witnesses related to the cases.  The trial for Jack Seward begins Monday and Robert Yoder’s case will begin Wednesday.  The verdict in both cases will be revealed at the end of Yoder’s trial.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the person charged is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.  KCII will bring you more on this story as it becomes official.
