The road in front of the school in Keota will remain a one-way. The City and the school board are trying to make the traffic flow during the busier times of the day more efficient and safe, so Ellis Street northbound from Dewey Street to North Street will continue to be a one-way with no parking on the Westside of the street.

According to City Clerk, Niki Osweiler, the decision was made because people still use it as a two-way and there isn’t enough room on the roadway.

New signs indicating a one-way will be put up by the City.
