More improvements are on their way to Railroad Park in Riverside. Bidding is open for handicapped parking and handicapped accessible sidewalks, as well as repairs to the roof of the park’s shelter.
This is in addition to the new merry-go-round that was recently installed at the park. According to City Administrator, Rusty Rogerson, the bidding will close on October 1st and a bid will be chosen at the next City Council meeting.
The City is also in the process of putting up light poles on Walnut Street and Commercial Drive. Both projects were approved at the most recent Council meeting.
