A second Alive After 5 event is taking place this week to highlight a Washington business.  Michelle Peiffer with the Washington Chamber of Commerce says Horak Insurance is having their fourth annual Oktober Fest tonight.

The evening will feature food and drinks being served.  The event is open to Chamber members and their vendors and runs from 5:00 to 8:00 tonight.
