Incentives to improve your home are on their way to Riverside. The City is in the process of starting a Residential Grant that will assist homeowners in making improvements to their home.

City Administrator Rusty Rogerson says that at this week’s Council meeting it was decided to have a Council work session on October 15th to go over the paperwork.

He shares the grant will be similar to their popular Business Grant. Rogerson adds that the Residential Grants will most likely start after the first of the year.
