The Community Foundation of Washington County has named the 2012 Chef-Cook-Off Winner. From Stacia’s Catering in Wellman, it’s Stacia Bontrager. She competed against from J.P.’s 207, Jaron Rosien and Afton Perry.  Foundation Board President Bob Freeman says the vote tally had never been so close compared with past years.  The fundraising dinner supports the foundation’s operating expenses.  The group uses donations to contribute to charities over many years.
