Lone Tree came out with the win over Highland last night 59-43, and improved to 1-1 on the season, while the Huskies fall to 0-1.

Lone Tree led the entire game, getting a big six point lead in the first 10-4.

Chelsey Lampe was the leading scorer for Highland with 12 points, and had five assists and five steals. Kassie Vazquez had eight points in the loss.

Highland head coach Jodi Fink said the team didn’t rotate on defense, and struggled with ball handling, but that they are all fixable.

Lone Tree plays next on Monday against Danville at home, while Highland sees Harmony, at Harmony
