The Louisa County Habitat for Humanity house going up in Columbus City is nearing completion. According to Trish Woepking with Habitat they’re making good progress. The electrical work is done and the furnace and insulation has been put in. She says they’re waiting for the inspector to come before they drywall the inside walls. Woepking shares that they have had 5 to 6 contractors who have been helping 4 days a week on the house. She adds the goal is to have it completed by the end of this year.
