The Washington Demons improved to 2-0 this season with their win over Ottumwa on Saturday.

Washington won the game 41-22.

The Demons were led by Grace Redlinger with 11 points, while Lauren Kimball and Stephanie Fishback both had eight points.

Washington plays again on Tuesday in the battle of the county round one between Washington and Mid-Prairie.
