The Washington Board of Supervisors will set a date for an Orchard Hill update at this weeks meeting. County Auditor Dan Widmer says that now that the project is 50% complete they need to have a public hearing, allowing residents to ask questions and get information on the projects status.
Also, a presentation will be given by Gary A. Stephenson. Stephenson has a goal of donating a United States Constitution lithograph to each of the 99 courthouses in Iowa. He’s about a quarter of the way there. In addition results from the official canvas of the November 6th election will be shared.
The Board will also hear from the Sheriffs Office about some personnel changes. The meeting starts at 9:30 tomorrow morning.
