The Washington County Board will hear another update on the Orchard Hill project tomorrow. Also at the meeting Washington County Auditor Dan Widmer will share the Washington County Annual Urban Renewal Report. The Board will consider a letter allowing RUSS access to the Richmond lagoon site, which is County owned land. In addition, they’ll acknowledge they received test results from the DNR that attempted to verify the issues that prompted the lagoon project.
