The appearance of housing in the City of Washington is getting examined by city staff, the City Council, and a new group of residents. A new group called the Grassroots Movement to Improve Washington’s Central Neighborhoods spoke to the City Council this week. Their advice to the council was to have a task force examine a variety of measures that would improve appearance of housing.  The expectation is that it would also improve property values.
