The Washington Community School District Board of Education regularly sets goals and tries to achieve them. Board President Eric Turner outlines the four goal they have now: student achievement, parental involvement and school safety, district facility work, and communicating with the public.

Achievement is evaluated through testing, parental involvement includes reaching out to new parents, district facility work is transitioning to a maintenance plan after recent building projects, and communication involves reconnecting the public with the other board goals.

Eric Turner is the guest on today’s Washington Page.
