The Washington YMCA’s annual Swim with Santa might have a special meaning this year.  The pool was only just recently returned to use after a series of repairs left the pool drained for much of the fall.

A quick fundraising effort got together the 30-thousand dollars needed to repair the pool’s drain and to get the pool back open a few weeks ago.  That means the Swim with Santa will be happening as scheduled this Wednesday 2 p.m.

Kids six and older can swim with Santa, and then they’ll have snacks and Mrs. Clause will read a story.
