With more and more teen volunteers in Columbus Junction, two city organizations will be offering training to the local non-profits. United Fund and Community Development Center are partnering to offer non-profits training that will help them work with youth volunteers. The goal of the workshop is to make better use of the teen volunteerism created by Columbus High School’s Silver Cord Program. Columbus High School Guidance Counselor Chris Wulf will attend to answer questions about the program.
