The Demon girl’s basketball team is in action again tonight when they host Solon.

Washington is 3-1 after beating Williamsburg on Thursday.

Washington is shooting over 50 percent from the floor, and just under 50 percent beyond the arc, but are still struggling a little on the free throws.

Solon is 1-2, and is shooting under 30 percent from the floor, but have a better free throw percentage.

Demon head coach Phil Long said the height difference will be the key to tonight’s game.

“We have to keep them off the boards, they are much, much taller athletes then we have faced accors their front court side,” Long said. “At the same time we have to slow down their transition game, they’re going to want to throw it over our head to post players running down the floor, so we have to pressure the ball and make them miss so they don’t get good looks throwing it ahead, and once again make it a 94 foot game, and see how they respond.”
