Washington County Hospice has their 18th annual soup supper tonight. Marketing Director Robyn Harvey-Smith says that the money raised is important because they do not refuse care to those that need it. The money from this and other fundraisers helps pay for the care for some of the people that do not have insurance, or whose insurance does not cover hospice care.
The soup supper is at the Washington United Presbyterian Church starting at 4:30 and it also includes a silent auction.
