A suspect in a rural Henry County residential burglary is in custody.At around 1am the Henry County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary in the 3000 grid of New London Road. After an investigation 31 year old Tina Dalton of rural New London was charged. Dalton is charged with 3rd degree burglary and 3rd degree theft. Additional charges are pending. Dalton is currently being held at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
