A Celebration of Life for 74 year-old Dianne R. Bowser of West Chester will be Wednesday at 10:30am at the West Chester United Methodist Church.

Burial will follow at the West Chester Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday  from noon until 7pm at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will greet friends from 4-7pm. A memorial fund has been established for the West Chester First Responders, Maplewood Manor and Hospice. The Beatty  Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
