The Lone Tree girls will travel to IMS tonight for a conference basketball game.
The Lions are 5-7 and are shooting 39 percent from the field and 49 percent from the free throw line, while scoring 46 points per game.
They are led by Madelyn Flemr with 166 points on the year and 108 rebounds.
IMS is 5-9 and is shooting 34 percent from the floor and 48 percent from the free throw line, they are scoring 40 points per game.
Olivia Yutzy leads the way with 178 points on the year, and behind her is Kristin Davis with 137 points.
IMS got the win earlier in the year over Lone Tree by one point.
IMS head coach Aaron Gingerich said Davis and Yutzy are the key players in any close situation.
“Davis and Yutzy have been stepping up big for us in those [close game] moments, and making some big plays for us, and they are really coming through in those moments,” Gingerich said.
