Kirkwood Washington Center starts a free course Monday on English as a Second Language language. The class is being taught by Washington resident Isabella Santoro. The class is taught in English. It’s meant for adults from all language backgrounds and abilities who are not-native English speakers. There is a level-one English literacy class, and a level two English class. They will meet Monday and Wednesday evenings. Registration is required.
