The Mid-Prairie girls righted the ship quickly following Tuesday’s conference loss at Durant by posting an impressive 51-36 win over conference foe North Cedar Friday night in Wellman. The game was part of a Coaches vs Cancer Doubleheader. Mid-Prairie was in control early and led by as many as 23 points in the second half. Mallory McArtor led the way for Mid-Prairie with 11 points. The Golden Hawks are now 13-4 overall and 9-3 in conference play. Mid-Prairie is next in action this afternoon when they host rival Solon.
