The residents of Richmond have an opportunity to state their case for or against the lagoon sewer system tonight. The work session is at 6:30 at the Parish Life Center in Richmond. The time and date was set at last weeks Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting, following a lengthy discussion on the matter the week before. Supervisor Jack Seward Jr. stated that he doesn’t want to rehash old arguments. He’d like this to be an opportunity for the residents of Richmond to present alternatives to the lagoon sewer system.
