The City of Wellman will hold their budget hearing next week. The hearing will be held during their city council meeting on Monday. According to Nick Pacha, Wellman City Administrator, their revenue, including utilities, will be $4.1 Million for Fiscal Year 2014. Due to some debt servicing, their expenditures will be around $4.2 Million. He explains payments on past projects for this next fiscal year add up to nearly $800,000.

Those projects include the reverse osmosis water plant built in 2011, and road work completed this year.
