The Washington City Council has another special session this week to do regular city business and to discuss next year’s budget.  During the budget talks, the council will focus on those groups that are not departments of the city, but that are usually funded to some level every year. Those include groups like PAWS and More Animal Shelter and the Washington Tourism Committee.
